Casa Dafne is an exclusive sea front property located between Sampieri and Marina di Modica, a few steps from one of the best beaches in the southeast of Sicily. Delightful house surrounded by soft sand dunes and lush Mediterranean scrub, Casa Dafne boasts a large terrace offering enchanting views of Sampieri’s village and the sea. Its comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished with attention to detail, include on the first floor a cosy living area with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and on the ground floor a further living area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house also comes with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue and espresso coffee machine. Its location, besides being perfect for reaching the beach and the sea in just a few steps, makes a great base for exploring the surrounding area with the villages of Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, the Vendicari nature reserve, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and Syracuse.
