The property is located in a rural, secluded and private location, perfect for a quiet or romantic getaway. This property is not modern, it is a rustic property, simple and basic but it has everything you need, the only thing I'd say is make sure you have unlimited data as there is no wifi and it could do with having a couple of comfortable flat sun loungers for relaxing in the garden or roof top terrace. It is only ten minutes away from the beach and local amenities so everything you need is within a convenient distance, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. You will need a car when you visit this property. My wife is a Montalbano fan and this place was central to visiting the filming sets, we went to Punta Secca, Scicli, Modica and Donnalucata and saw and photographed the sets and locations where it used to be filmed, also on the nearest beach, Sampieri, you can see and visit La Mannara, another location that was used for filming. The hosts were friendly, responsive and offered local advice, could be contacted via WhatsApp if you needed them and you were left alone if you didn't. Overall we enjoyed our vacation, but we wanted peace, quiet and tranquility, which this place delivered, if you're looking for a livelier more vibrant holiday, this place may not be for you.
