"This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each...

"The property was overall very good and adequate. Location was great. Each room had individual HVAC devices which was great since each of us could set temperature to our liking. Only negatives were that outside stair rail was a little loose and the floors were very creaky."
