"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. Also a ton of ants in and around bathroom. Tissue box full of them. Breakfast which was included was poor. Very old looking tomato and cucumber slices and tbh v little...

"While it was a little difficult to find, the check in was quick and easy. We were on the second floor (no elevator) but the employee Insisted on carrying all of our things up for us. We tried to give him a tip and he promptly turned it down. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. I’m a light sleeper and the planes did not bother me. They offer pizza delivery which took about 45 mins, but we spent the time taking a walk to the airport terminal so that we would know where we were going in...

After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left two wedding dresses in the wardrobe and contacted the hotel immediately. I was first told they had been found, but shortly afterward I was informed they had made a mistake and the dresses could not be located. These were valuable and irreplaceable items, and it is extremely difficult to understand how they could simply disappear. The...
