The music from next door started early at around 8am and went until 9:30pm. It was loud enough to hear it through the closed windows. On day 2 we asked to be moved, which the staff were happy to help. They were great, no arguments or additional charges. So overall it was a great stay."

"Had a booking and was supposed to arrive before midnight. However the road going west from Golden to Revelstoke was closed due to avalanche control. So, I had no choice but to stay in Golden overnight instead. Called next day explained the situation and they refused to not charge me for the night. It was clearly a case of unable to arrive at hotel. What sort of management decision to charge for an unexpected circumstance. I hope your hotel makes a good profit from an unethical business practice. I shall avoid your hotel and similar chain. Hope the public are aware of this."
