A beautiful, peaceful property located on the Western shore of the Chesapeake Bay in St Mary’s County Maryland just 5 miles North of Pt Lookout State Park. From the house, it’s a short 1 minute walk to the beach and Chesapeake Bay shoreline. The property is setup with everything needed for you and your friends and family to enjoy a comfortable stay during each season of the year. Read prior Guest Reviews on VRBO and Google Map to decide if the property will suit your needs while away from home. It has for 150 families over the past 7 years! “Peaceful, cozy, comfortable, everything you need, relaxing, beautiful place to take walks and enjoy a run, we brought our bikes and had so much fun” are all comments we see in Guest Reviews and in the Guestbook. Shopping, tourist and historical sites and full-menu and Bar/Restaurants including Courtney’s which features the freshest seafood meals and Pier 450 and SALT are also nearby and feature Chef created menus and gorgeous water views. Parents are encouraged to shop ahead and bring your groceries with you on the first day because once you arrive, you won’t want to leave to spend any time in a grocery store! (Instacart is available for deliveries) The sand, water, grass, sunrise and sunset views, the birds, deer, fox, turtles, frogs, crabs and fish are all waiting for you. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

“Check-Out” will be a breeze, just follow these steps please: - let me know if you plan to leave before 11am and if any items have become broken/need repair so that we can schedule repair/replacement
- Install Grill cover - Return kayaks and paddle board and oars onto rack and life jackets/beach toys inside the small wooden shed along the driveway (if used) - Turn off / unplug Gazebo lights
- Roll beach cart under cover of deck roof - Turn off AC / lights in Gameroom - Put backyard games, floats, bicycles inside Gameroom -Close mudroom and sliding glass doors Make plans to come again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rates based on 4 adults. Reservation of over (4) adults may incur add’l per night cost. This ensures turnover cost associated with groups are covered
Misuse of outdoor campfire ring, propane firepit or Illegal activity of any kind = all guests immediately vacate property, no refund.
Smoking/vaping indoor incurs $750 smoke damage fee payable immediately.
