"From the moment we checked in, we felt like family. The staff here are the warmest of people. The smiles weren't just customer service smiles, they were genuine. Suzanne in particular went to great lengths to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We were genuinely sad to leave her! Suzanne couldn't have been more kind to our elderly dog, Smurf. "The room was good with a large bathroom and perfectly acceptable. But it wasn't great. No chairs to sit in, only window seats which were uncomfortable. We were in room 1, right by the front door so rather noisy until the restaurant closed and our window (with a great view) was by the front door, so it felt a bit like being in a goldfish bowl. Would I stay again? Maybe, it was OK, just not great."

"Great location for our early morning ferry to Skye however paper thin walls meant we barely slept. This was due to the loud football watchers in the pub below and next door shouting and cheering, followed by full volume music and singing(shouting) until around midnight (surprising on a Sunday evening) & another guest next door deciding to do shower karaoke. Lovely room and staff but lack of sleep ruined it I’m afraid "

"Noisy location right near the plaza made worse by a food truck that pulled up at midnight. Room was small but fine except for the noisiness. Breakfast was ok. Hotel itself was beautifully presented. If it werent for the noisy people in the plaza the spot is perfect."

"Fab cottage in great location. Really suitable for walkers as there is a large utility room with plenty hooks for outdoor gear and boots (direct access from outside) Very big property for 6 people with a living room & sun room. Did not get a tv channels ( it might have been us not knowing how) but there was wifi so could watch on line on phone if wanted. Easy to get to Fairy Pools and I preferred the walk from Glenbrittle campside around the bay. Easy to get to Dunvegan & Portree."
