We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we checked in, the people who run this hotel made us feel genuinely welcome. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. It really felt like they cared about us, not just as customers, but as people. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it made our time away from home so enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back. Thanks again to the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable — we’ll definitely be returning!

I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns and this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. The facilities are rundown, broken and dirty, both inside and out. I would not recommend staying at this particular Quality Inn.

Property was advertised with hot tub but there was not one. Light in the bathroom was not working. Ran out of eggs because apparently there was some delivery issue. Carpet in stairway and common areas look filthy.

Good enough hotel but prices in Scottsbluff are high for Nebraska. Renovations obvious. Good breakfast. Worn stairway carpet. No elevator.

The staff were great! The evening receptionist gave us a few good laughs. The hot tub had plywood over it and the pool was so grossly cloudy you weren’t able to see two steps down. Room was clean & bed was comfortable!

Nice staff. Clean! The bathroom was very small. The hotel kind of looked like it needed to be updated. This should be considered more of a Super 8 instead of quality inn.
