"Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...

"We had a lovely time at Cranmer Cottages. The play area for the children was fabulous, safe and very big! The tennis courts were in great condition and we enjoyed playing on them The swimming pool was fantastic - perfect for young children - and the timetable system worked very well The cottages worked well for 2 groups - and we all managed to eat together in Swallow's Nest The lounge area was comfortable The only criticism I'd have was that some of the bedrooms were smaller than we expected...

"The Eco Barn is a really great sociable space and has all the features and luxury touches that make for a relaxing holiday. It is very spacious and furnished to a high standard for guest comfort. The outdoor space is really lovely, with the field beyond full of wildlife. The location is very peaceful and relaxing and the benefit of a pool, tennis court and games room makes it a great choice for the whole family. The complex is just the right size to feel very relaxed and peaceful and not busy...

"I would 100% recommend a stay here. The hosts were exceptional with their contact throughout right from when we made the booking. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again."
