Lovely accommodation

The Hare Cottage is beautiful and so cosy inside. The farm itself is also very beautiful, and the staff very welcoming. The spa facilities are incredible, a copper milk bath, natural hot tub and lots of herbal teas, mud face masks and lotions and potions. Very relaxing and totally private! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend.

Christmas stay

Warm and happy stay as a family, wifi offline which was an issue for the children as they couldnt stream more so for my autistic grandson. All in all a pleasant break, lots of add ons which we did not purchase, spa, hot tub, etc.

Pro’s - The property was nice and cosy, situated in a very quiet area.We had a wonderful family get together with plenty of space for a big group.The staff were pleasant and always on hand if needed.Con’s – some of the group found their beds a bit hard and uncomfortable.The kitchen area was a little small if preparing a meal for a large group and the fridge capacity was compromised by having no door shelf fronts. An air fryer would be a good addition.Communication with the staff was generally good and they were very pleasant during our stay but I did feel that there were far too many messages prior to our stay trying to persuade us to purchase some of the extras available, particularly the spa.
