Chasa Gisep Apartment: Charming 2.5-room flat centrally located in Scuol near Engadin Bad Scuol

The 40m2 flat is located on the 2nd floor with a sunny balcony and offers the possibility to shop nearby at the Center Augustin, the Volg and the famous butcher's shop Hatecke. The flat was completely refurnished in January 2017.

A public outdoor parking space is located near the flat. The ski bus stop is directly at the house, in about 5 minutes drive you can comfortably reach the valley station. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter.

The Engadin Bad Scuol, with its large bathing and sauna area and Roman-Irish bath, is only a few minutes' walk away. You are also within walking distance of the cross-country ski trail or the local recreation area. There are also two mineral water fountains in the immediate vicinity.

Our concierge service is at your disposal during the whole time, we will tell you the best excursions, reserve a ski instructor or a discounted entrance to the Bogn Engiadina.

gut eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung, gute Lage Leider war zu Beginn nur für zwei Personen ein Bett bereit, obwohl ich für vier Personen gebucht hatte. Nach einem kurzen Anruf wurde das Problem aber sofort behiben

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind genial- wenn nicht grad gebaut wird (aber das wussten wir ja). Wir waren etwas verwundert wie früh das Reinigungsteam erschienen ist. Nach unseren Informationen sollten wir die Wohnung bis 10:00 Uhr verlassen. Bei beiden Aufenthalten erschien bereits um 08:30 Uhr jemand vom Reinigungsteam um Material vor der Wohnungstür zu deponieren. Beim ersten Aufenthalt wurde die Reinigungsfrau von der Hausbesitzerin wieder weggeschickt, da wir gerade noch am ausräumen der Wohnung waren. Bei unserer Abreise am 1.9. standen ab 09:00 Uhr zwei Frauen vom Reinigungsteam samt ihrem Material direkt vor der Wohnungstür und warteten offensichtlich bis wir die Wohnung verlassen. Sie gingen dann gegen 09:30 Uhr noch einmal weg, da wir noch am ausräumen der Wohnung waren. Wir haben das Haus dann um 09.35 Uhr verlassen- also noch vor 10:00 Uhr. Das ist alles nicht überaupt tragisch und vielleicht hatte das Reinigungsteam ja auch an den Tagen jeweils viele Wohnungen zu reinigen. Daher wäre es verständlich wenn sie nachschauen ob Wohnungen schon vor 10:00 Uhr frei sind. Aber wenn die Gäste die Wohnung bis 10:00 Uhr zur Verfügung haben, sollte es nicht unbedingt sein, dass um 09:00 Uhr das Reinigungsteam wartend vor der Türe steht- da fühlt man sich doch etwas komisch, wenn man noch nicht fertig ist... Das ist aber wirklich die einzige Kleinigkeit die uns bei unseren nun inzwischen 3 Aufenthalten im Hause Gisep aufgefallen ist. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden- auch mit ihrem Service im Engadin Booking Büro! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:)!!!
