newly renovated 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath beautiful home with ocean view right on Wreck Pond only 5 houses from the beach. 5 beach passes included, grill, patio, outside furniture for a complete experience Here are the rental details:

Two weeks $25,000
One week $15,000

Weeks start as follows August 1st check in 4pm and check out August 8 11 am
Next week August 8 check-in 4pm and checkout August 15 11 am
Next week August 15 check in 4pm and check out August 22 11am
Next week August 22 check in 4pm and check out August 29th 11am
$500 non refundable pet fee for 1 dog under 20 lbs.
$300 cleaning fee applies to all stays
10% security deposit upon signing
