Main living floor on 3rd floor completely renovated with brand new countertops & cabinets, and state of the art high end “Wolf” appliances. There is a New 77” surround sound TV with incredible/powerful sound system on a new shiplap wall with floating fireplace. New wet bar with sink and icemaker. Lastly 4 new sets of high-end deck furniture on 3rd & 4th floor decks. Almost all furniture on 3rd floor is brand new including dining room table & chairs with beautiful chandelier, along with new counter stools and coffee table. New 2nd & 3rd floor staircases. The fact that the house rental didn't include linens and towels, very few paper products, only a few trash can liners (bags)and little to no soap was a big disappointment. The BBQ grill was none existent. Many of the window screens were damaged with holes and rips. Which meant bugs.Great location.Excellent views.Lots and lots of steps, but that is to be expected at the beach.This house could have and deserves better.Needs some attention to details.
