With a very short walk to the beach and a view of the ocean from the top deck, this is a great place to spend your summer vacation! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE/TENANTS TO SIGN ADDENDUM. PROPERTY HAS A $300 CLEANING DEPOSIT
