"Overall a good experience. Surprised to see service fee added to restaurant bills and no indication from server. Had I not thoroughly looked over the bill I would have excessively tipped.The staff should tell guests that there is 25% gratuity automatically added. Movie night cancelled due to lack of staffing? This was disappointing. The water jugs by the pool were empty before 2 and never refilled."

"I was really disappointed at the options available for breakfast. I don’t know how fresh the bagels were as I saw them sit on the counter overnight. We stayed for 4 days and not once was the room cleaned, no fresh linens, towels, toilet paper etc. which would’ve been nice to at least have the doom reset once during our stay. "

"overall this is a fantastic place. One minor issue is the check in process. Check in time is 4pm and office closes at 5. If you don’t hit that window then you stand in line with folks from another property, they hand you a folder, and you have to go to the Players Club office the next day before 10 am. So you end up going through the process twice, and have adjust your morning plans to be at the office by 10."

"We enjoyed our experience for the most part. Front desk Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom. We called maintenance and a gentleman who didn’t speak English at all came up to the room. He pulled the light fixture down and there was water all in there. He Google translated and told us he was going to check upstairs. He NEVER came back and no one from the front desk called to let us know what was going on. We saw him in the hall later and he just said no English and walked away. The next day (yes, they still never contacted us), we were checking out. I informed the front desk and they apologized and said they would close off the room. I find it crazy that the let us stay in there with that leak but now are closing the room. Anyway, other than that it was OK."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Jody’s condo in Hilton Head Island! This has become an annual trip for our family during my niece and nephew’s spring break, and I can confidently say this will not be our last time staying here.The location truly couldn’t be better—close to everything you need while still feeling like the perfect coastal escape. The four-bedroom layout was ideal for our group, giving everyone their own space to relax and unwind after long beach days.The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could think of, which made meals at home so easy and enjoyable. Every bedroom was beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—such a treat after busy days exploring and soaking up the sunshine.Jody was also amazing to work with—always available, responsive, and so helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!"
