The home's prime location is just steps away from Stengel and Ohlson beaches with access to the close-by, private Ohlson pool and tennis center. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.

Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.
