Seabrook Exclusives: 2650 High Hammock

This beautiful High Hammock home, known as The Blue Heron, is an immaculately remodeled home flooded with natural light and designer furnishings. This luxurious home is set on a private lot with tranquil golf course views that provide the feeling of a nature retreat.

The spacious living area boasts vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for the whole family to gather while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen TV.

The stunning kitchen offers quartz countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, an oversized marble Island with a breakfast bar, and a farmhouse sink. The breakfast nook offers seating for four- a perfect place for morning coffee or family game nights!

Just off the living room is a private outdoor deck with comfortable seating and a screened in gazebo with dining table seating for six. This home offers the perfect spot for alfresco dinners in the breeze overlooking the golf course.

The primary bedroom boasts a King bed, sleeping nook for a little one, and a full ensuite bathroom with a custom glass shower, large soaking tub, and modern double vanity with plenty of space to get ready. The two guest bedrooms both feature a King Bed with a Twin bunked over top, plenty of storage space, and private bathrooms.

Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay includes amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club!

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Beach Access: A short 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to access the beach at Boardwalk 9.

Pet Policy: This home does not permit any pets.

Parking: Off-street parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 3. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

I rented this property for my family to stay in since my daughter was getting married at the Ocean Terrace. First impressions of the home were wow it is so pretty and spacious. Then you look at basics and find sand on the floor swept into a corner, Black feet after walking barefoot on the floors, apparently not mopped. The toilet in a guest bathroom was loose from the flooring and rocked when sat upon. The overhead fan in guest room did not work, etc. Unfortunately, the area sustained a large amount of rainfall and the property became a moat. The water did not drain off the whole 3 days we stayed there. We were not able to access the driveway or sidewalks that remained under water. We had to remove our footwear and walk barefoot through the water. A major inconvenience, since we were attending formal events multiple times throughout our stay. I know there is no control over the weather, but I am concerned for future renters that this property does not have adequate drainage for the water to get out of the front yard. Cell phone reception was horrible, I was not able to make complete phone calls throughout our stay without walking outside to the main road to speak with people or use facetime audio in the home. Future renter's should know this information, as they might not choose the property for their vacation.
