Seabrook Island Villa decorated with Charleston flair and Low Country Charm

Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the 2025 season! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bed, two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!

The living room and kitchen open up to a sun porch and a spacious deck overlooking beautiful palm trees and clay tennis courts!

Cable and Wifi are provided at no charge.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. (For entire villa occupants.) This card giveS you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, equine center, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities and pools.

If you are planning a visit to Charleston and Seabrook Island, we would love to have you as our guest for years to come! As of 1/1/2025 a $43.00 gate fee will be assessed to all renters of the island, this pass is good for 1-180 day's.

Very Nice 2 bedroom 2 Bath Villa on 2nd floor located just as come past guard gate on Seabrook Island. The unit was perfect for my Brother and I visiting family who have full time house on Island. Seabrook Island blows away all other coastal islands in SC. FULL STOP!

Perfect Place

Everything was wonderful!! The place is beautiful! Had everything we needed to help prepare for Thanksgiving. Molly was the perfect host and answered all of our questions. We will surely book this condo again!!

Lovely Getaway!

The condo and Seabrook Island are both beautiful! The condo is gorgeous and vey comfortable with everything we needed for our group of four. It is close to the beautiful beach and also close to Charleston. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We would definitively stay again!

Beach getaway with college friends

This was a beautiful and clean property, perfect for 4 friends to reunite and spend a lovely week together! It was great to be located so close to the entrance of the resort and Molly was a great host, very helpful with answering all questions. Beds and furniture were comfortable and plenty of space to relax and spend quality time together. Would love to return!

Was there to play tennis so was very convenient. Nice unit. Would like to have a pod coffee maker and deck needs a new umbrella but otherwise everything was modern and clean.

Upgraded and prime location.

We loved being within walking distance of the lake house, pool, basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, and equestrian center. These provided great evening entertainment for our daughter after a long day on the beach! The villa was gorgeous and perfect for us.

The condo was wonderful and very clean. It was stocked well and comfortable. The community was further from Charleston than I expected and the amenities were separate and expensive IMO - (not the fault of the host, I should have researched more.).

The minute we walked in we were extremely impressed. It was very clean and loved the decor. It felt so homey and everything you needed and more was there. Loved the comment book about our stay where you could read what and where others who stayed there were from. We just made ourselves at home. The grounds were very clean and people were quite friendly. I would highly recommend this Villa.

All around terrific

The condo is pristine and very enjoyable. Light and airy with a great view of the tennis courts and right across the street from the Lake House where the gym, indoor pool and outdoor pool are located. Two bedrooms each with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. Modern washer dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Good internet and television. Host is very accessible and makes things very easy. Super Charming place and I highly recommend it.

The condo was just as described! Super clean! Well stocked. It provided us with everything we needed. Communication with Molly was fantastic! No problems! The island was amazing! Totally renovated condo with great tennis court views.

All completely renovated condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that could easily accommodate two couples. Comfortable tv room with a brand new large tv. Kitchen has updated appliances and a good sized table for dining. It has an outside porch, which due to rain and cool weather we didn't use but had we had slightly better weather it would be a great spot for morning coffee. All in all a great value and a great property.

Nice visit!

You can’t go wrong with Seabrook Island! Especially great location if you are a tennis or pickle ball player. The outdoor pool at the Lake House (right across the street) was beautiful and did not require an amenity card. As far as we could tell, the indoor pool was only for laps or classes not just swimming for fun. The condo was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and clean. The drive to the beach is scenic and several beach access points to choose from to walk to beach.

Family Vacation

We visited Seabrook Island for a family vacation, including our two young children. Friends were able to rent a condo very nearby (2 min walk). The property was as described and clean, and the Owner was very responsive and helpful. The rental included access to the Lake House which is just a few few minutes walk, and has a great outdoor pool- perfect for the kids. Unfortunately it rained A LOT the first several day but I’m told that is unusual. Once that cleared out we spent most of our time by the pool or at the beach. Would love to return and try some things we did not have time for due to rain. . Charleston is an easy ride and worth a trip or two. Freshfields marketplace is very nearby and great for a bite to eat or some shopping. There is a grocery store in that complex as well. We were on SI for the Fourth of July celebration, which had great fireworks and a band.

Mini Vacay

We loved it here! Host was very responsive and helpful. The villa was super clean and so pretty! Loved the location and the pool right across the street was clean and relaxing. Plenty of space. We were in town to see the Dave Matthews Band concert in Charleston and my husband's birthday. We spent a day in Charleston. We didn't mind the 45 min drive at all since our area was so nice. We frequented Java Java at Freshfield Village which was very close. The grocery store and gas station there were so convenient. Though we had to drive to it, the beach access wasn't bad at all. It stormed and raining the first few days, but the armtmosphere more than made up for it. The Salty Dog restaurant was right down the road. It has amazing views! You can't tell from the front of the restaurant. You really have to go in and check it out. Great vibe! Overall, an excellent, stress free getaway. Would love to return!

Lovely visit

The rental was lovely in size, location and amenities. We couldn't have asked for a nicer host, as well. One thing that did not make our stay the absolute best was that the AC was not working. The thermostat and/or program/system didn't work properly, causing temps close to 80* on our important wedding event days.
