Light and bright, this top floor end unit makes for the perfect vacation getaway. Enjoy views of the 8th Fairway of Ocean Winds Golf Course while relaxing on the spacious back deck. Just a quick bike ride to the beach and clubhouse. This spacious, well stocked and newly decorated villa provides so many opportunities to enjoy all that Seabrook Island has to offer.

Enter to an elevated, bright and airy living space with comfy, ample seating and large TV. The space opens to a deck overlooking the green fairway. The dining area and coffee bar, complete with both a Keurig and standard coffee maker, are open to the living area. Guests can cook or entertain with the well stocked kitchen. A full bath is located in the hallway with a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. A large Master Bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a TV, a bunk with a full bed (below) and twin bed (above). The Master bath has a tub and shower combo, toilet, and vanity sink area. A washer, dryer is located in the unit for the convenience of our guests.

A beach cart, yoga mat, and beach towels are also located in the unit. Wifi included. Ample parking area outside the villa located in a convenient yet secluded location.

Be very careful
We loved the condo and its location. However, we noticed water on the floor outside the bathroom multiple times. It took a while but we realized there was a leak from the shower wall into the electrical outlet and it was dripping very slowly. Huge fire hazard. I emailed the rental company and received no reply. I offered to send them photos. I would be very wary of renting this property until it is repaired. It is going to cause mold issues and huge fire hazard. Seabrook island is peaceful and has stunning views. You can watch the dolphins strand feeding on the beach every day at the entrance to Kiawah river. We will definitely come back to this area!

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island and we loved it! The place was clean and comfortable , had everything you should need including beach towels. The location was great, close to the beach club and only 10 min away from all the great restaurants, highly recommended.

For starters, the condo was great! (Be sure to put Villas in your GPS) VERY clean and cutely decorated...Extra beach supplies were a plus..A wagon, tent, towels, and even a pack n play was in the closet..All beds are in the same room so there is no privacy if kids accompany you..Never used the kitchen but there was tons of gadgets and cooking supplies that we saw...A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been nice along with a mattress topper for the king bed to match the extra soft, plushy pillows. Seabrook review- Bring your golf cart but be ready to pay extra for everything not included in your stay, like the pass to even get on island (per car) and the amenity cards (per day) to be able to practically do anything on island...Hopefully you're not a night owl bc everything in SI & Kiawah closes by 10...I reccomended getting all snacks & drinks prior to arrival bc there is no convenient store...The Pelican pool was great but the drink price were rather steep...Overall the stay was great, but i wish the beach was walking distance...
