Such a great way to stay on New Castle Island - the studio (#5 with a view of the water) is very charming, well appointed, and super clean. Walkable to the beach and right next door to Henry’s Market, which as delicious breakfast and lunch items and friendly service. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend or longer.

This establishment is the absolute best place I have ever stayed at during a vacation. Clean, quiet, convenient, the rooms were spectacular, and pool was fabulous. I will most certainly be returning soon! Thank You! :)

Great location

Amazing stay at the nearly brand new Davenport. Attention to detail blew us away. The rooms are GORGEOUS, the location perfectly convenient but quiet, and the whole experience just wonderful.

In July 2013 when someone recommended this B&B, I filed away the information for future use. Then a few months later in that fall of 2013, when I was looking 4 some rest and relaxation, we made our first reservation. Fast forward 3 years, and I am still staying there and making future reservations. The Silver Fountain Inn is such a cute little bed and breakfast with an amazing selection of teas and delicious breakfast included! We stayed in the Chambers and the bed was the most comfortable ever outside of my own bed at home. Wonderful place, will stay again.

This is a beautiful old house, with real antiques everywhere. There are many details such as all day coffee and other hot drinks, complimentary sherry, and chocolates. The breakfast is substantial and the garden is lovely. All around a very nice place within 10 minute walk to center of town.

Wonderful room and you couldn’t beat the location.

Went to Ogunquit for a weekend getaway. The Grand Hotel was a quaint and charming place. Building is older so we could hear when people were talking (or snoring) next door. Rooms come equipped with white noise machines which helps reduce the exterior noise. The location can't be beat as it's locating almost perfectly between Perkins Cove and "the strip" in town. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Nice restaurant connected to it. Nicely decorated boutique hotel. Heated bathroom floor, supplied drinking water. Area to get snacks and cold drinking water in lobby.

Great staff, beautiful aesthetic and charming. We happened upon the Briar Barn looking for a quaint place to sleep for the night. This place was beyond our expectations and we are already planning another visit, with friends, to stay and see the sights of the area. We are New Yorkers and were so impressed by they service, the cleanliness, the vibe, the amenities and the space. We will come back and recommend to others.
