Perfect home base for SoCal Viait

The location of this property is perfect for daily touring of the SoCal sights. Beyond the location, the property is very well kept and has everything needed to make homemade meals. We mostly loved all the spots around the spacious house to drink our morning coffee or evening g wine. Wonderful place!

Best beach house!

We loved our stay in Seal Beach. This house has every thing you could possibly need, and is right across the street from the beach! The two roof desk patios are a special treat, with amazing views of both beach and bay. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny. Location was fantastic. Home is huge and gorgeous with three decks/patios with views of the water. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Lots of beach stuff to use and bikes as well.

Fabulous Staycation

We're locals who needed to move out of our home for a few days and found this property in Seal Beach. While we were already familiar with the house's convenient location to the beach and restaurants (which is one reason why we chose it), the reality is that it's absolutely ideal for a relaxing stay. The house itself is cute and comfortable. The beach is literally across the street, and a variety of good restaurants are just a short walk away, whether on Main Street, up towards PCH, or at the nearby shopping center at 2nd and PCH. And the view from those roof decks is unparalleled. The owner Susan also was easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to again.

Great beach vacation

Great property with prime location close to beach/ surfing and nice little park to walk our dog. Lots of space for my teenage boys. Easy walk to town for coffee/ groceries/ dining. Very friendly neighbors we met while walking our dog.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Long Beach Airport is very convenient and a short Uber ride. Seal Beach has been a favorite for us for many years. Charming and friendly. This property is conveniently located and walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. The property manager responded quickly to all requests.

Seal Beach Secret

Great getaway for the family. Location and sunset views are AMAZING! Susan and Susan were always in contact to insure everything was comfortable. It is an older house so had its quirks but we didn't mind at all. Will definitely rebook again.

Escape from winter

I rented this house for my grandson and his family. They wanted to escape the relentless cold winter in Northern Virginia and take the kids to Disneyland..Since I live in the area I was also able to enjoy time with them in this beautiful furnished and well equipped home..The house is very spacious..My family was thrilled. There was also beach chairs and bikes in the garage…The host was very accommodating for a special need and always available for communication. I will definitely rent this home again the next time my family comes for a visit

Wonderful Beach House

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. We were close to everything. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop deck is lovely. We brought our two dogs and there was a really nice park right next door to walk them in. The owner was so nice and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. She even sent us our charging wire we left behind! This is a great place. I recommend it!

Great place, great location!

We loved this house. Great location, great views from rooftop decks..walking distance to the beach & marina. The house is very spacious & had all the amenaties..with 3 full baths!! We definitely recommend it and would love to come back in the future under different circumstances as we came to visit an ill family member. Susan was very accomodating & helpful as well..thank u!

California Dreaming is True

What a wonderful stay we all had at this lovely property! It's large and spacious, clean and well stocked with everything a person could need. Our (very nice) manager went the extra mile to make us comfortable and answered all my question in a timely manner. Check in was easy, check out was simple. Parking for 3 cars was great. Balconies had beautiful views. My family & friends had a fabulous time as did I.

Home away from home!

Our family has stayed here at California Dreamin several times. The home is so comfortable and it feels like home away from home. Fun family visit in Seal Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable. There are beach chairs and toys available and high chair which we used for our baby. It’s a short walk to the beach and many more steps to the ocean (it’s a very deep sandy beach). We liked that Seal Beach area is family friendly and we felt safe. We were never approached for donations or saw anyone we were scared of. Having the police station right by the pier is really working well. The shops and restaurants were plentiful and unique. We hope to be back again soon.

Best 4th of July Mini Vacation Ever!

This home was amazing! So close to everything. My family and I were there to celebrate the 4pf July and catch some fireworks on the beach without having to trek all the way home and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had 3 teen boys and 2 pre-teen boys with us and had plenty of room the house was very spacious and kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly think to need. We hosted a party with guests who drove in and we didn’t run out of things to cook in or with or serve with. There were also plenty of bikes, beach gear and things for the kids. Steps to the sand and a short walk to Maintain Street with great restaurants and shops. People in town were the most friendly and for it being the 4th of July long weekend, we were surprised by how quiet it was not wild like at Huntington Beach where we have stayed before as well. The property manager was super flexible and met us on our time and was nearby in case we needed something. Check in and check out was hassle free! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This was a vacation to remember for our family.

Beautiful Seal Beach Home

This is a lovely home; it's like staying at a family member's or friend's house in that it doesn't feel like "a rental". And a top feature for me was an attached garage so didn't have to worry about street parking (or moving our car certain days/hours for street cleaning as is common in Seal Beach). We'll definitely stay again.
