"The front desk staff for both check-in and check-out were super helpful in explaining everything about the hotel and parking fees. We loved that we got to see the princess multiple times throughout our stay. As always we enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the parks so we didn't have to pay for parking at Disney. The cleanliness of the room was superb and the housekeeping staff is always so understanding when we ask for extra towels or an extea blanket. Will always continue to stay here when we go to Disney because you can't beat the value."

"The Hilton restaurant was my favorite part of my stay. Ratib, Elsa, and Claudia, and another gentleman from Guadalajara. ..they were the best servers and I loved coming in everyday to see friends I’ve never met before. They all made me feel welcome and home. So thankful for that kind of service. Please recognize them for this great service. It’s unheard of. -Corin "

"This was a superb place to stay for your trip to Disneyland. We enjoyed it so much. Great amenities. Great breakfast buffet. Super clean. Lots of space. Great for your family. We had one altercation with a food service staff member. This was addressed and made abundantly clear this was not her first offense. It was a shorter woman with a bob haircut. Never got her name. I've never encounter another human being so outrageously rude for no reason. Completely uncalled for. There was no management present but the woman who ran the front desk was super accommodating and kind when we told her about our incident. This woman should be relieved of her duties considering this is a customer service type of employment. Haven't received any word from management about the complaint. However, in spite of that situation, it's a great pace to stay. "
