"Perfect place for us for a weekend to enjoy Schoodic Peninsula at Acadia National Park while taking in the local sites. Loved our visit to the 5 and Dime and the local library in Winter Harbor as well as lunch at the Pickled Wrinkle. Perfect!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this location. My husband had some work to complete on his computer and having a large dining area provided the perfect space. There was a power outage in the entire area right when we arrived, but the owner was quick to answer our call and had already put the generator on. Very prompt response, which we were thankful for!"

"A lovely quaint apartment. Easy to find and easy access. Area was very quiet and peaceful, even with the nearby restaurant open. If you don't like stairs look elsewhere, especially with the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. However, if you love idyllic villages by the ocean and peaceful morning walks with amazing views then this is your place. The pictures are accurate, the kitchen well furnished, and there is a blind for the skylight. My only complaint would be the tv is in an awkward place...

"We loved our stay here - we picked the property because its location on the island as well as the amenities available to us. Having free access to kayaks and beautiful ponds whenever we wanted is an amazing perk of staying here. Also the hosts are great and helped us out with any questions we had about the area, as well as dusted off some of their old toys for our baby to play with! We were ecstatic to find this comfortable two bedroom vrbo with high functioning utilities and a kitchen that was well equipped for our cooking needs. "Great location for hiking Acadia NP. Inquired if there was a fire pit, the booking agency said no, but we found out as we were leaving that there was a shared fire pit-disappointed. Stairs to bedrooms were very steep-ok for able adults, but hazardous for children and others. Enjoyed the accommodations and location."

"NASTY! To start, we missed the house because the exterior did not match the pictures. When we walked up the stairs and were greeted by a rusty razor blade on the handrail. We then went to enter the code that was sent, and it was not correct! We had to go back to town (remember, there’s no service) and had to call the VRBO hotline to finally get a code that worked.
