"We arrived at the property at 4:30. No one was there, doors blowing wide open. I called the number posted and an hour later received a call that it was still off season the restaurant was not open and since we were not there and there were two no shows we would have to wait for someone to return. Unfortunately we had an event to go tox the representative stated that he would send someone out and that he had no contact info despite that being provided on the reservation. We looked forward to dinner at the restaurant and our stay. We wished we had been informed the off season would result in this. It appears to be a beautiful property and location."

"Nothing like the picture. No ocean nearby and no swimming pool. The paint was bad and I could see daylight thru the door threshold where I am sure bugs make their way in. The dresser was damaged before I arrived and the only charging outlet I could find was near the microwave"

"Overall fine for what we needed during our stay. Got there everything looked clean and presentable other than the lawn. Wasn’t mowed and looked overgrown. There were no sheets or pillowcases nor towels. We had to contact the host to let her know some things came up during our stay. Louise was nice and tried getting in touch with the manager for this house to help rectify. 9:30pm we received a code to find them since the manager wasn’t responding/answering. The fridges filter was not replaced and it is city water. So be prepared to bring your own water etc. also there is a coffee maker but we couldn’t figure out how to use/may be broken. There’s plenty of silverware and all. Spices and oil must bring yourself. There’s sponges and soap for dishes and pods for the dishwasher. The rooms were comfortable overall. Just expected a little bit more based on the prior reviews before coming."

"Property was super clean and exactly as described. Pool was nice and warm even after the weather turned cold. Communication with host couldn't be better. We will be back."
