About this space
A great alternative to any hotel room, our spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex style house provides all the luxuries of home at a cost less than a hotel room. With a full kitchen and living room it’s a great place for all visitors to Searcy and Harding. We are located only 1 block away from campus.
The space
Located 1 block from campus, a short walk and an even shorter bike ride.
Guest access
This house is a duplex and guest have their own private entrance and parking. The duplex has shared walls and some noise can be heard when both sides are occupied and you are in the kitchen or living room areas.
Other things to note
With being a duplex house, and house hold supplies provided, we can not have large groups or parties.

Stayed here while in town visiting friends property was very clean and homey quiet neighborhood I would highly recommend anyone coming to Searcy stay here.

This was a nice property especially for the price. It wasn’t super clean, but it was fine for us. The tub looked like it had some stains and the bathroom light fixture was pretty dusty but it was still cleaner than my house at home. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, pillows were comfortable. The house is located in a neighborhood across the street from the college, has multiple restaurants nearby. It is an older house that has been renovated but some areas in the house were better than others. Overall it was just what we needed and the location couldn’t have been better. It wasn’t the nicest I’ve stayed in, but I’d stay there again if I had activities I needed to attend in that area.

Clean Home Very Close to Harding!

Very clean older duplex. Owner is getting ready to put in a sidewalk and new drive. Very responsive host! So close you can walk to Harding University.

Great little house!

We had a wonderful stay. This house is SO close to Harding University. We were in town for a college visit. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could ever need. The host was very responsive. We had zero issues! It was great for our weekend stay in Searcy.

Clean, convenient location

We just needed a spit to stay during a visit to Harding. We got in at 11pm, left by 8 the next morning. House was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet, and the house is a 2 min drive to campus. Exactly what we needed!

College visit

It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. Neatly decorated. Fridge was full of all kinds of condiments, milk and coffee creamer. Very close to Harding’s main campus. Amanda responded quickly to questions of a late checkout and property was very clean. Highly recommend.
