To be honest, I was a little hesitant to reserve a room due to the low, low price BUT I noticed an overall really good rating via the reviews. Let me be another to add an EXCELLENT review to this hotel. No, it's not a "high-end" but, for the price - IT CANNOT BE BEAT! Clean, comfortable room. Even SMELLED clean! Comfortable bed, plenty of HOT water. Everything we needed and nothing that we DIDN'T need. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are in town for an overnight stay.

It was a older property but well maintained. I would highly recommend adding lamps to the rooms. The bright overhead led lights to not help with a more relaxing environment. I would also recommend installing new electrical outlets and wall switches. The electrical outlets are so old that plugs will not stay in some of them.

Not a great experience, between the local construction workers smoking it up, drinking and bbqing outdoors, can’t say it was the safest of places. Beds, pillows, towels we are all stained etc.

Cheap but ok! No bugs, safe, clean. Heating/AC unit is old and noisy. Shower tub and curtain with some stains. Towels were clean but a bit old. What I really hated is that at 10 am they knock on your doors for housekeeping. They should do this after check out time.

Not my preferred scene

The hotel was very worn looking. The bed was uncomfortable and was on a metal base which made noises every time I turned trying to get comfortable. The staff was friendly when I checked in but couldn’t be found when I went to check out. The front door was even locked at 8:30 a.m. There was a bit of noise on Friday night but other than that, it was pretty quiet. The room was clean, and for that I’m thankful.

The breakfast area was not a breakfast area, it was a storage place for boxes and lawn equipment. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The lock on my door was broken. The people in the rooms around mine made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I checked in and out within almost immediately. There is a no refund policy.

It was horrible, I did not feel safe, people were fighting and slamming doors, I did not sleep for 2 days, the guy staying next to me hit my car and damaged it and took off so I had to call the cops, I was in town for my sons College Graduation and it was supposed to be a good weekend and it wasn’t, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they also did not give me clean towels, I would like some money back since I have to fix my car now

Very terrible smell in the room

The staff was very friendly. I have zero complaints regarding the lady that checked me in. Very polite and nice. The condition of the place was very bad, I kind of expected it from the price being so low lol. I’ve actually stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better condition than now. The bathroom really the whole room reeked of sewer or mildew idk which. It was worse than any other hotel I’ve ever been in in my life. Going in the bathroom literally made me gag. Don’t stay in 110 wherever you do lol. I didn’t even bother complaining I just left. Got another room somewhere else.

This was the worst stay I've ever had anywhere. I stayed a total of one week. I got to the front desk and they told me not to book on Expedia because they would make it cheaper. So at first they was nice then they took our deposit and put us in a room. We stayed two nights and decided to stay for two more. I showed them where it coast less on Expedia and then they told us they needed to paint the room. So they made us move to a much smaller room the AC barely worked the next day come to check out they would not give us our deposit back they charged us $ 2.00 for each trash bag we used . I've never in my life have experience this . This is the worst place I've ever stayed . The male and female at the front desk they are the owners. They are the worst people I have ever meet Very unprofessional. I don't see how they stay in business...... I still can't get over how they treated us. Bad Bad Bad people .....

Great Simple Stay

This hotel was a great economical choice for a trip to Searcy, AR. The rooms are simple but very clean. It was quiet, and the proprietors are very friendly. It made up for the lack of amenities in peace and quiet, cleanness, and its close proximity to everything.
