All three generations of our family who stayed at the Heart Rock House had a fabulous time. We loved the house and the beach. The house had everything we needed and it was incredible to have a beach mostly to ourselves each day! We loved looking for sea glass, exploring the tide pools, paddle boarding (we brought ours), and swimming. We also loved watching all the various birds including osprey, hawks, eagles, loons and more. Ending the day with dinner from the grill and then a fire with smores, was perfect.

Great House in Searsport

The house was perfect for grandparents, parents, AND kiddos. Everything is all on one level, plenty of space for everyone. The house is bright and clean, with easy walkable access to a lovely quiet beach. Jason was extremely communicative and available. Would certainly stay again!

5 star experience

This was an outstanding property. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with exceptional attention to detail. The bathrooms were modern and efficient and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen was superbly equipped. We enjoyed the peace and quiet walking along the private beach at the end of the garden and enjoyed visiting some of the pretty towns in the local vicinity. A terrific rental and extremely helpful hosts.

Beautiful, Comfortable Home

We had a great stay in this lovely home. We stayed for our daughters wedding at Moose Point State park, and the location was so convenient, just a couple minutes and we were there! The big windows let in so mush light gave us a lovely view of the gardens wildflowers

Wonderful location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great for exploring the area and for enjoying a peaceful walk on the beach. The home is very nice and very comfortable. Jason was wonderful and made sure that everything was taken care of so the we would have a great experience. I would highly recommend a stay here and would stay again if in the area.

Great stay in Searsport!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Heart Rock Cottage. Perfect location for visiting with our family in Belfast and skiing at the Camden Snow Bowl. House is very clean, beautifully decorated and beds are very comfortable. Owners have thought of everything and take great pride in their home. Thank you!

This house was perfectly located, clean, and well appointed. I was so comfortable there and loved the extra blankets, coffee left for me, and the water pressure in the shower! The neighborhood was quiet and there is a short path down to the huge beautiful private beach where I watched the sunset. Loved it, will be back.

Stunning Cottage

My wife and I stayed here three nights and were blown away by the beauty and attention to details of the place. Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well thought out. The host was friendly and welcoming and the check in process was very easy. The beds were comfortable—as was everything else, and the beach, which was just a short walk away, was amazing. I highly recommend this place. I told the host it was one of the nicest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in.

Everything was exactly as said and better! Beach was a quick walk and private. Having so much supplied for our stay made it much easier and less stressful when we packed the car. Perfect Maine Coast Getaway!

Absolutely magical stay in Searsport - couldn’t have asked for better!We just returned from an incredible four days at this beautiful Searsport property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The location is absolutely perfect - just a short, easy walk to the private beach. We loved being able to stroll down to the water whenever we wanted, whether for morning walks along the shore or playing in the tide pools.The house itself is immaculate and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the peaceful setting - close enough to easily walk to the beach but tucked away in a quiet, relaxing spot.What really made this special was how authentically Maine it felt - we were just minutes from Searsport and Belfast charming downtown with its antique shops. Fort Knox and Bucksport were easy day trips, and we loved exploring the nearby state parks.

Perfect little house!

My mother and her 4 adult daughters on an annual winter get away! We loved the house and all the amenities. The location was perfect! We were hoping to go to Rio’s for dinner but it was closed so we went to the Homeport Tavern and loved it! Wonderful visit wonderful host!! Elisabeth

Amazing vacation

Can’t say enough about our stay. The house was so modern and clean and plenty of space for my family of 4. The pics of the beach doesn’t do it justice for the real thing. Steps away and so secluded and relaxing. The location of the house was great too, so close to cute towns of Belfast and Camden. Also not far from Bar Harbor and Acadia! Perfect family vacation and we hope to come back again one day.

Excellent location for exploring mid-coast Maine

We stayed here with our three kids, ages 7 and 16. The proximity to the private beach was a huge selling point and it didn’t disappoint. At low tide there is an expansive beach that has all kinds of treasures. Bar Harbor is about an hour away and going down to Camden and other mid-coast towns was an easy drive. The house was well equipped and made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Thank you for a great family vacation spot!

Beautifully decorated cabin

Well stocked cabinets, and passionately decorated. We did not know how to recycle - more information on that would be appreciated. Close to a beautiful secluded beach, 2 minute walk. Relatively close to Acadia. Overall highly recommend.

Perfect family getaway!

This house was perfect for what our family was looking for! It was a great home base with kids for our vacation as we traveled around to the different towns and places in Maine like Acadia, Bar Harbor, etc. It was clean and comfortable from the moment we got there and our 2 year old daughter found the toys and kid plates right away! This was a huge plus for us. We loved playing in the grassy backyard and the short walk to the beach was even better than we were thinking. We got some amazing family pictures and the kids loved looking for shells and rocks. Our weather was perfect and it was even better that we got to watch the trees change color by the day! The communication with the host was great and we truly enjoyed our time at the Heart Rock House!
