It's like a carnival on the beach. The city would be better served to remove the carnival and market its beautiful beaches instead.

The pier in the beach is enjoyable common not too much going on during off season which is to be expected. Seaside Heights in general looks run down, Motels look abandoned people visab under the influence of drugs and alcohol wandering the streets.
