Beachcomber Bungalow is "1920's" style beach cottage located in the southern neighborhood of downtown Seaside, Oregon on the majestic North Coast. This dog-friendly home is located in close proximity to the beach and promenade, as well as the community park. Hamilton's Market (the neighborhood grocery store) is right around the corner. Your family will enjoy all the excitement the town offers while vacationing in your own simple and cozy paradise. Take serene walks on the seashore, bicycle to the arcade and shops on Broadway, have a nice evening relaxing in the hot tub, and much more.

Description of Home:
Beachcomber Bungalow is a 1920's single-level beach-style cottage. This home has been nicely updated with simplicity and a cozy beach theme for those who enjoy the simple things that life offers.

*3 Bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms- Sleeps 7 in beds
*Room 1 - King Bed + Twin Rollaway (sleeps 3)
*Room 2 - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
*Room 3 - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
* Open living styled dining and living area with candle lit fireplace.
* Nice, simple, and modest though fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare all your meals and store your groceries.
*Private and enclosed back yard with an open patio area, BBQ, and hot tub.
* The front yard is private and enclosed by lush hedges that give the home a serene and cozy feel.

Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed 2 dogs with a $30 minimum/dog. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

Great spot in Seaside!

We loved our stay at this house. It was only a couple blocks from the beach and the hot tub was really nice. Hosts were very responsive!

Great getaway

We spent the Christmas holiday here and it was wonderful. The property was super clean and even had a Christmas tree set up. The kitchen is small, but quite workable. Lots of stocked amenities in great condition. Communication with host was fast and easy. Proximity to beach and town made this a perfect getaway for our family

Great Family Getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time here! The house is so cute and was very clean upon arrival. Great location, on a quiet street. Easy to go for walks and bike rides, even with small kids. We were able to walk down to the beach and promenade easily too. The house has all the amenities you’ll need for your stay.

Everything We Needed

The house is in a great location, was very clean, and had everything our family needed to stay happy. The kids loved being able to go play ping pong in the garage. We definitely recommend this property for families and small groups!

Annual trip.

Such a fun and comfy spot. Arnold and Malia were great to work with.

Family trip

This is a great property. Very clean, great location, lots of room, and the hot-tub was very nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything a guest would need to cook, and there were plenty of items to keep guests of all ages entertained. I would highly recommend this house, and would definitely rent it again.

My ONLY complaint is that they make you sign something outside of Vrbo and the check in process isnt ideal. Other than than that the room was perfect and we loved the hot tub

Great for kids, friends and family

Such a comfortable stay- mattresses and pillows galore! The home is very clean especially for a dog friendly place! Wonderful location an easy 1 mi walk to the conference center, by the best restaurant (Osprey) and so close to the beach! The hot tub was easy to use even with kids and the grill was wonderful. We didn’t use the garage amenities this time but they were all in good shape!

Surprise gem within walking distance to the beach

Overall, our stay was excellent! There were a few issues around the house that we informed the property managers about and they were extremely apologetic and wanted to rectify the situation. They weren't anything that were hindering our stay so we waived them off! I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect short stay

We had a great time and the property really worked for us. It was all so easy--check in and out were a breeze and the information and instructions were appreciated. We really liked the location, the size of the house was great for 4 people, and Arnie and Malia had everything totally in order. The place was really clean. Ok, the bikes could probably use a tune-up, but even there I loved that they had some character. We would definitely recommend the property! Ed and Pam

Spring break at the Beachcomber

We had a wonderful visit! Check in was easy and the property was just as described. The home was super clean and everyone had plenty of space. We have two teenagers and they had a great time while using the ping pong table, hot tub, and bicycles. The location was excellent with the beach being a short walk away. We also were able to take the bikes Into town. They really thought of everything we could possibly need! We would love to stay here again in the future and will recommended to friends and family!

Fun little place, and proximity location near the beach was the best part.

We had a nice time staying here. Did not use the hot tub, but enjoyed the ping pong table. House is at south end of the Prom, so be aware it's a definite walk to the main street of town and back. Enjoyed eating at the pub next door, and used the little market nearby. I would stay here again. Clothes dryer needs upgrade. Beds were comfy. Place was built in 1924, and had modern kitchen upgrades, and though house is small, it is clean. Owners were helpful and friendly via texts and phoning.

Pictures don't do this place justice!

This place is even better than in the photos. It's much bigger than it looks. Kitchen was a bit small, but all 3 bedrooms and the living room was a great size. The back patio was very cozy and the front yard was a perfect semi closed off area for the dog. We appreciated the extra blankets, fans, doggy bowls/ towels and most of all- the ICE in the freezer! Hot tub was great and clean and there were tons of towels available. Location was amazing and everything was clean and organized. Wish we could've stayed longer so we could've put the ping pong tables and bikes to use, but we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you!

Perfect home with perfect location!

This was my family's first trip to Seaside, Or. This home was perfect for us! Clean, cozy and wonderful customer service! Walking distance to the beach, a cafe and another restaurant. Had a fenced backyard perfect to let out little dog out to go potty in the morning before we were ready to go out. The hot tub and pingpong table gave my kids stuff to do when we were done with beach for the day. The house had beach toys, beach chairs and bikes ready for us to use. The kitchen is small but has everything you need, so you can grocery shop and cook some of your own meals. Saved us so much money this trip not eating out every meal! We will definitely be back!

Cozy and Cute Beachcomber Bungalow

We booked this property last-minute and Malia was very helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Upon arrival she "walked" us through the rental so we knew all of the essentials. This rental is in a residential area but only a block or so away from the beach. There is a pub next door and a great breakfast and lunch restaurant a block away. Ruby's, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is within walking distance and has an amazing fire pit. The house has a full-kitchen so we had no problem preparing meals as needed. With three bedrooms, this is a great place for a family weekend at the beach. With a hot tub, ping pong table and full cable service there are things to do when not at the beach or exploring Seaside, Gearhart, Astoria or Cannon Beach. Hope we can stay in this rental on our next visit to the area.
