Residential area, with 2 private bedrooms, one fold- out sofa in the living room. Memory foam mattress topper for the fold out sofa in bedroom 1 closet. Bedding located in the linen hall closet. Throw blankets are in a living room basket, Additional pillows and items in bedrooms on closet shelves.

Front entrance photo: Being on a corner location, additional parking on Hamilton Avenue and a driveway gate to a private courtyard with an entrance to the home, kitchen, laundry and workspace. You will find seating, tables and BBQs. The outdoor area is completely fenced.
Guest access
Front porch door is accessed through a gate on Hillsdale St. The house is on a corner with private door and side yard both have entrances. Yards are fenced and adjacent to the home, one leads to ta driveway. Please let us know what amenities you need and we will provide it to you.
