We have stayed at several rental properties and this property is our favorite. The owners have thought of everything. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again.

This property impressed us from the moment we walked in. The decor was inviting, the house spotless, and the floor plan perfect. We loved the location on a quiet street, but only a short walk from the beach. Love, love, love.

We had a wonderful time! The home was so beautiful. Everything in the home including all the amenities, games, appliances, etc. added up to an awesome experience for us. The host sent us a message beforehand with clear instructions and letting us know that the home is ready in case we wanted to early check-in.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The decor is elegant and all of the furnishings are super comfortable! We even looked at what mattress was in the master to upgrade for home! Pictures do not give this place justice because there is a ton of space! VERY family friendly with tons of games as well as a garage FULL of fun beach items. Worth every penny!

This house is absolutely stunning. It is located about a 3 minute walk to the beach, but has the perfect yard for young kids to run around in! We had three families visiting (10 people) and it was perfect for everyone. I cannot describe in enough positive words how wonderful this house and our experience was. Thank you so much to the owners for keeping such a welcoming home and really thinking of their guests with their amenities! Highly recommend!

The house was very beautiful and very welcoming. Little surprises everywhere. There is a snow cone machine in the kitchen along with many flavors to use. Loved all the games to play along with a foos ball table and ping pong table. There were even surf boards, boogie boards and bicycles to use. We had so much fun there and plan to use this place again.

Our stay was in mid July. The house is just fantastic! Very clean, new and up to date. Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots and lots of games and fun things for kids to do. The kitchen has everything and more. Great location right on the golf course. The backyard is the best! Beautiful landscaping with a gas firepit. Fun spot to watch the golfers go by while having a cocktail. Our family will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was the perfect home for my 6 sisters and I for our first ever time ALL together in 16 years! Getting so many of us together in one place with no husbands or kids was a miracle! The home was not only extremely clean, beautiful and organized, it also was the most stocked rental I have ever been in. Complete with anything you would need in the kitchen including coffee, S’more fixings and a fire pit, amenities in the bathrooms so we didn’t have to pack our own, games, DVDS, football and ping pong! The beds and bedding were comfortable, and 3 bathrooms was a plus with 7 women! We visited on a four day long rainy windy stay and didn’t use the beach gear but again, so stocked! Bikes, wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, etc! The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. Also: the binder with all the details of the home and surrounding areas was very helpful. 10/10, highly recommend!!

This home is wonderful - very well kept, clean, great location, and has everything you need to have a great stay in Seaside and more. A clean stay is very important and this was probably the cleanest home we’ve rented. Communication with the host was pleasant. The backyard is private and perfect to hang out in and make s’mores. The home also had everything you need for a fun day at the beach for the kids - two wagons, a ton of beach toys, beach chairs, and towels. You won’t be disappointed.

We had 10 people in our group and everyone loved this house. It looked just like the pictures and was clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood was charming and the beach was a short walk away. It was fun to sit out back and watch the golfers go by. Everything worked and our group never felt crowded in the space. We also felt completely safe in the house and the neighborhood. We'd be very tempted to go back for another visit.
