OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the third floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed, Large flat screen TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.

Older well maintained, super clean condo with lots of space. Excellent location and view. Comfortable mattresses on both the king size bed and the murphy bed in the living room. The deck was larger than most and looked out to the ocean and down to the promenade. I would come book it again!

Place was overall pretty nice. It had everything we needed including beach toys for my child. The views were amazing. The only thing I really have to complain about is it smelled like walking into your grandparents house that smoke inside. There might not be smoking allowed now, but they're definitely was before. And that smell doesn't go away.

Wonderful Views withing Walking Distance

The property was very clean and inviting when we arrived, the views are fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Being so close to the main strip was nice that we could park the car and walk. We had a small issue with the door code but the property manager was quick and very nice. This is our second time staying and we would come back in a hearbeat.

Pleasant Beach Trip

The property was very clean and well equipped Instructions for entry were clear, as well as expectations for check out. The view was awesome. The property is just a short walk to many restaurants and attractions.

Great location, near all the fun in Seaside

We stayed for a quick family getaway. The condo was clean and had kitchen supplies and beach supplies readily available. We were close to the beach and town center. The checkin and checkout was easy and the property was exactly as listed. The sliding screen door to the balcony could use a little grease, it sticks.

Amazing location and view

I wish I could give 4.5 stars as that is my real rating. Only negative for me was check-in process was a little hectic as I wasnt able/didnt receive the check-in instructions via email , had to call customer service but it all worked out. Other than that , great location , comfy beds, clean place, and can’t beat the view over a morning cup of coffee. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were playing basketball with how loud some of the thumps were , but we weren’t in the room that much to let it bother us. Overall really good place !!

Great Experience

The interiors of this unit may have been dated and a little worn, but once I saw that view in person I couldn't even begin to care. The unit was well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, great towels, comfortable beds, and even items for use on the beach. The family upstairs had some runners, but noise is expected when you're not on the top floor and, also, just look out the window and you'll forget all about it. The location is a convenient walk to everything except a grocery store, but that's just a five minute drive away.Most importantly, the staff are amazing. When we first arrived we had an issue with our rental car. It was late on a weekday evening and I was at a loss for what to do, I called the after hours line, and the property manager went out of her way to help me troubleshoot over the phone while her husband drove over to take a look. He figured out the issue right away and saved our vacation. Can't praise them highly enough!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great ocean view and our room was clean and everything was well stocked with everything that was needed. Only thing was the TV remote was not user friendly. So we couldn't watch TV.
