Welcome to River's Edge at Bridgeport in Seaside! This beautiful condominium offers two bedrooms and two baths, with room for up to four guests! The first bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second offers two twin beds, making this home perfect for a family of four! Step inside this cozy rental and you'll find yourself in your home away from home! The quaint living room offers plenty of seating for you and your guests, along with a fireplace to help you stay warm during those cold Oregon nights and a flat screen TV to enjoy a late night movie with your family. The dining room table is located right off of the living area, and has just enough seating for everyone! Look outside the large front windows and you'll have an amazing view of the waterfront down below. The kitchen is right next to the living area and just down the hall from the front door. You'll find everything you need to make dinner or a few snacks while on your vacation, with all new appliances and a modern and sleek finish. You'll even find a deck off of the queen bedroom with a table and chairs to relax on during your stay. This bedroom offers a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and twin sinks. The other bedroom is fun for the kids, with two twin beds decorated with a cute fish theme. The other bathroom offers a shower/tub combo as well. There is even a washer and dryer located in this rental, making it easier to pack lightly and wash clothes as needed throughout your trip. Come out to Seaside on your next trip down to the Oregon Coast and stay at River's Edge at Bridgeport with Oregon Beach Vacations!

Guests may obtain a parking permit at the Visitors Bureau, located at 7 N Roosevelt (Hwy 101) in Seaside, during business hours. The Visitors Bureau is open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sundays seasonally.

Parking. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as set forth in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the parking.

Beautiful Home with Excellent View

Beautiful, comfortable, well-decorated home in a secure, gated setting. Communication was excellent and easy to understand. Coffee, tea and condiments are provided, and a great variety of spices were available. I also really appreciated the option of Keurig and traditional coffee pot. The addition of an air fryer was a wonderful surprise. The beds were very comfortable and night lights were set up throughout the house to make late night navigation easy. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Nice property, but dirty upon arrival

The unit is very attractive - great living/dining area and beautiful view. It was just as advertised. However our check in was delayed an hour due to “cleaning”. Upon arrival we found lots of crumbs and debris in the carpet and dirty chair covers in the dining room. This was unfortunate for such a nice place. The property management company needs to greatly improve and fix the cleaning problem before this impacts the vacation rental.

Good stay for a night only, not great for many days

We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a fine place for 1 night stay only. Longer trips not so good. The property is not well cared for by the management company. Pros: 1. The location is great. Close to the beach and main town center. 2. View by the river and mountain is fantastic. 3. Very well stocked home, kitchen, games, movies, etc. Cons: 1. Very dusty all around. This is due to excessive number of decorative pieces (100s). With too many pieces, it is not surprising that the cleaners are cutting corners on their job. The balcony was very dirty. There was a pile of debris on it. 2. 3rd floor elevator hallway door nearly broke my fingers because it slams back when opened only third of the way. The door shut off mechanism is broken. 3. Master bed roller blinds snapped off and fell on my head 4. Master bath vent turns on the heat lamp, making it very hot in summer day. 5. Sofas and chairs are old and worn out. Too soft and not comfortable to sit anymore 6. Knives are not usable. Almost broke off. Hard to cut salad with it. 7. Dishwasher's bottom rack's wheels are missing. It doesn't clean well since the blade hits the bottom rack while spinning. 8. Too many decorations pieces getting in the way of using the space. Anything can fall/break by a touch of kids' hands or adults accidentally touching/leaning against the wall. 9. Master bathroom tub doesn't drain. Water backs up by 2 inches by 1 minute of shower. 10. The walk-in door lock and key code didn't work.

Softball tournament

We stay in a lot of rentals due to travel softball and this is by far the cleanest and most comfortable. The view was peaceful and it was the perfect calm in the morning before the chaos. We got to watch all the birds on the river and the cute little family of swallows on the porch while drinking coffee. Absolutely perfect!

Lovely Unit

What a lovely vacation unit! A deck over looking the river, for quiet relaxation. It was quite private, comfortable and very beautifully furnished. Lots of nice art too! It was very well appointed in the kitchen with most of what you’ll need - cookware, appliances, dishes, spices. A coffee pot and filters but - bring your own coffee. If you have mobility issues be aware: there are low toilets and a high step into the master bathtub. Installation of some safety grab bars would be nice, as well as some comfort height toilets. Otherwise, a big thumbs up.

Great Location and Cozy Condo

We have enjoyed our 10 days here; we extended our stay 4 days after really enjoying this space on the Necanicum River. We hope for the next guests the owners will reinstall curtains for the large windows in the living room and bedroom. Very sunny without them and at night car lights from the campsite across the water can be disturbing.. The toilet in the smaller bathroom constantly runs. The furniture needs dusty, Windows need seagulls poop removed, carpets need cleaning and the couch is worn out. Upstairs neighbor can be noisy. However there are other comfortable chairs in the living room, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. Overall a good place to get away.

The only concern I have is the condo upon our arrival had not been cleaned from the last users. There was used soap still in the master shower and dirt and hair on the floor. My first hours up on arriving was spent getting cleaners from the local store to clean and vacuum the place. Was very happy with the condo other than the cleaning I did send a message to the owner to let them know about the condition of the place upon arrival. A full week later I still have not gotten a response from the owner. Guess he really doesn't care.

Fantastic Condo in a Quiet Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very pleasantly surprised with the quality & spaciousness of this condo. The beds were amazingly comfortable & all of the amenities seemed fairly new with the rooms very smartly decorated - it seemed like we were visiting someone's well-cared for home rather than a rental unit! Location is only a 5-10 minute walk from the convention center, has a great little convenience store next door, and is extremely quiet - the only exception would be whenever the air conditioner kicks on. ;) We had just one minor issue as far as getting the wi-fi to work, but Linda & Tina at OBV were both extremely helpful. If we had to come up with a single nitpick, it would be that the broadband speed was definitely sub-par (< 2 Mbps). Overall, we had a fantastic week & would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a high-quality property just outside the hustle/bustle of the downtown core.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy to be staying at rivers edge condo especially since it was right on the river, which we have always enjoyed. However, once we moved our things into the condo, we we’re aghast. It seems the whole place was under renovation and there was scaffolding on all floors restricting the river view. I called the office of ocean beach vacations to report this unfortunate thing. The gal was surprised and offered to move us, but since we are very elderly and had already moved our things we decided to give it a shot and see how things went. The condo itself was very nice, clean and exactly as advertised. Luckily, we did stay and had a restful time. The noise from the crew was actually minimal and they seemed to respect our privacy as they walked back and forth on the catwalk outside our window. We hope to be able to return one day soon. The fireplace was very good as well. I am surprised that the rental agency wasn’t aware of the ongoing construction.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Until is very modern and up to date decor. Utility room floor was filthy with sand. Couch must have been 25 yrs old. It was gross and no one wanted to sit on it. No curtain in Master bedroom so we had no privacy and no protection from the light coming in at 5 am. We were not allowed to use the deck. Beautiful view but since the deck was off limits, we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside.

Good but needed cleaning

Overall it was pretty good. But the carpet was stained and dirty and wasn't vacuumed prior to our arrival. Our kids found chips and marshmallows underneath one of their beds that must have been left from the previous tenants. Appliances were very good and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were just ok.

I loved the location and really liked that it was gated. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your condo!The only issue I had was that the unit wasn't cleaned entirely. We noticed crumbs in several places, a used bar of soap in the bathroom and hair on the back of the toilet. I do feel that if they make sure to clean better, there shouldn't be any issues.

Great place

Great place and nice and quiet, we were four seniors, it would have been nice to have both bedrooms with queen beds instead of the second bedroom having two single beds, but that worked fine, we really enjoyed the condo and the location was great, we would definitely recommend it and will stay there again in the future.
