As soon as we arrived the neighbor was out telling us how to park and to look out for the busy street traffic, which was strange but possibly well intended. The street was narrow and busy, neighborhood looked run down, but the house itself was well equipped. Coffee maker didn't work but owner was quick to replace, very responsive when wifi password didn't work. Most importantly, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The driveway wasn't ideal for parking, difficult angle, but we made it work.
The house was advertised as pet friendly, which was important for us, but the back yard was entirely concrete with a little bit of gravel, if you arrive with a pet, you may want to walk down to the park for potty break.
TV in main area is not a smart TV- limited channels, which wasn't a big deal for us because we wanted to be out exploring the whole time. But had we known, we would have brought our firestick. Masterbedroom had a Roku with the TV.
We found an amazing Mexican restaurant down the road called La Tortuga!! Super good food and amazing staff.
Smelled like a smoker had lived there, which would have been a big deal for my allergic daughter but they had air purifiers so my daughter did okay.
Overall, the location wasn't what we had hoped but the house slept our family of 6 comfortably, so we feel okay about our stay.
