"The location can not been beat! Nice beds, newer towels, and small kitchen. But the property is aging and needs an update badly. No breakfast, no hot tub, and the property is old and warn. Good staff, and lobby coffee bar were nice."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable, but be wary of the “ocean front” rooms. There is a large sand dune between the Promenade and the hotel, which prevents even a peak at the ocean. I would recommend getting a room on the second floor for a true ocean view. The description of the rooms on the travel site calls many rooms “ocean front” rooms but they are actually rooms with a view of the sand dune. If an ocean front room is important to you, call the hotel directly to request the room you want."

"Mostly an ok place to stay. Check in was rough as the lady working was pretty much rude the whole time and definitely had no interest in helping me. Plenty of parking so thats good. Bathroom was not very clean so I cleaned it myself and floor in bathroom literally made the cleaning wipes black so has not been properly cleaned in a long time. Beds are hard so if you like that you will sleep fine for me we checked out a day early due to the fact sleep was impossible and rather not sleep there another night. Other staff was quite nice and location is great. Overall I do not like giving low ratings so 4 stars will do as the stay was ok and I liked how easy a walk it was to downtown. I wish I only booked 2 nights since I waisted the money on the third but it is what it is."

"The front desk was fabulous, answering all of the questions that we had. The patio was lovely! We loved sitting outside and our kids being able to play. The cafe breakfast food was really good and the staff was lovely. Would definitely recommend!"
