Had another fantastic stay at Durham House. We return here year after year and we love it. Nette & Col always give you such a warm welcome and are the perfect hosts. Beautiful B & B & lovely breakfasts that set you up for the day. They are always happy to help in any way and are very knowledgeable on local areas & restaurant recommendations & the like. Looking forward to our next stay already 😊

This is a great place to stay. Nette and Col made us so welcome. The room was excellent and had everything we needed. I loved the HUGE bath towels. We had a simply perfect 2 night stay. The lovely hosts just went above and beyond and were so accommodating and welcoming! The hotel is very clean, comfortable and safe. Plus in a perfect location. Breakfast was brilliant - especially as vegetarians; we've never been so spoilt for choice at a Bed & Breakfast!! We can't wait to go back :) (Best wishes for your first summer!! Laura & Peter x)

The accomodation was lovely and comfortable and the hosts helpful and friendly. The parking is a bit away so would not suit everyone but is fine as you get a permit. Lovely breakfast which accomodated intolerances.

Room was as bright as daylight all night with totally inadequate white cotton curtain covering a window with a streetlight shining in and another window onto the internal hall with a light on all night. Mattress very soft and only suitable for one person as the lightest person has to cling onto the edge or roll into the bowl made by the heaviest! Shower was a dribble. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Very friendly host and a relaxed atmosphere, everything in the room very clean! Would recommend to friends. Just little things noticed - No heating on in room upon arrival so room cold, shower door hard to close, not on runner correctly.
