Spacious, private, unique 2 story 1 bdrm apt. 750+ft for you. Off Freeway with easy access to Microsoft, Kirkland, Bellevue & Seattle, parks, stores, restaurants, lakes & more. bbq & deck. You'll love coming home here for work or pleasure!

The Space:
You have your own private unit & deck that is 2 levels to allow multiple people for relaxing and separate spaces or a office & bedroom for yourself. You'll love the comfy couches, reading areas bathroom.

Guest Access:
You will have your own unit within a 2 unit home.

The Neighborhood:
We love our neighborhood its 3mins to anything: water, coffee, food, great restaurants, bowling, trails, paddle boarding ... you get the picture its awesome!

Getting Around:
We are less than a block from a major metro station which allows you to get anywhere quite quickly. Also easy freeway access for wherever you may want to go.

Other Things to Note:
There are lots of special recommendation in our welcome book at the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:
If we are around we'd love to greet you but we do work a lot. Please let us know how we can make your stay even more exceptional in anyway!

Very accommodating place to stay

This was a lovely place to stay. I was here for a couple months and Chris was fast to respond to any questions I had. The place was very comfortable and cute. Would highly recommend this place.

Convenient location but listing needs updating

I used to live in the area and knew this would be a great location to visit friends all over Seattle’s Eastside. Things didn’t ago as planned.
