The hotel met our expectations. The location was incredible, and the people at the front desk, Stephany and the young man who assisted us, were very professional, friendly, and willing to help us, just like the young man at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. We were also able to find parking outside easily, of course for a fee.

Excellent news modern trendy hotel in the heart of everything! The quality of service was awesome! The general mgr even gave me a late check out upon overhearing my request and that's what you call service. Kudos to the the mgt team.

When we were checking into the hotel we were treated and helped by Stefanie. She was so helpful and accommodating. She helped arrange a situation we had with booking through Expedia. She also gave us recommendations around the city. Very nice hotel and great location

We enjoyed our stay. It was a quick trip to Seattle. The location was a 20 minute walk to the harbor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our only complaint is that we are a family of five in the website advertises five people can sleep in the rooms, but that is not accurate. They apologized at the front desk that the website falsely advertises this information, but still required us to purchase a second room.

Everyone here was kind and helpful to our rowdy group of 8. Drank at the bar every night and although not cheap they weren't too out of line for a bar in a hotel. Sleek and modern minimalist decor. Breakfast was decent. Purely snack type foods at bar but the fresh deli across the street was pretty fantastic if you're OK with deli fare. The kept our luggage safe on the day of our departure so we could do the spa needle. I was thanked by my friends for picking this place. BTW, GREAT location! About a mile to space needle and Pikes place market. Around $15 to Uber.

The staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious, but I the price of breakfast is expensive. Room was clean when I arrived. Anything I needed the staff was there for me. Alfredo was very pleasant, patient and explained everything to me when I had questions. 5 Stars to Alfredo. A excellent people person.
