The host was there to greet me and showed where everything was. The building is quite hold but the designers optimized space and existing infrastructure. The kitchen setup for breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve experienced. Fresh croissants and muffins from the local bakery were a hit. Looking forward to another visit.

Great location, great staff, and great experience. We had issues with our flights/arrival and the staff here, especially Doug was super understanding and accommodating to us. We had a great experience and were walking distance from the piers, Pike Place Market, and other local places. Will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Seattle!

Excellent bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, and large room. Shower was excellent: plenty of hot water with plenty of pressure. The hotel does not have an elevator but the staff helped carry my luggage up and down the stairs. It is close to the cruise terminals 65 and 66 and many restaurants and bars. Being next door to a bar has disadvantages but they provide ear plugs. However, the noise was short lived and did not bother me. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is charming.

Loved the Ace Hotel Seattle! Tracy and Christine were incredibly welcoming. Don’t be shy of the shared bathrooms, they’re stunningly clean and so vibey! The best stay for a quick getaway. Thanks ladies!

This is a nice and quaint place that I would recommend anyone to come stay. I've stayed at many hotels and motels. It is clean, organized, the staff is the best and you are in the heart of downtown. Also, great bang for the buck!

The hotel was clean and minimalist. Beds were comfortable. The location as far as being part of the city was excellent. The only issue we have was that we didn’t take it. There would be people up and down the street yelling until 3 AM since there are bars and restaurants all around. Everything else was lovely.
