The home was very cozy and had ample space for everyone. The home has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of appliances. The kids especially enjoyed the waffle maker. Host was very responsive and the location was ideal. Close to grocery stores, coffee and fast food places. Only thing to note was that the tub in the master bedroom had a sign that it was temporarily out of order. I didn't mind it as I was not planning to use it.but might be a disappointment for guest that would like to and no where on the listing does it say that or was it communicated.

Christmas visit to Renton

We came over from Yakima to visit our kids and grandkids. We needed a house big enough for just the four of us but with a couple other members who stayed just one night. It was a great size for us.

Great place to host a large group

We stayed at this home away from home, which was exactly what we needed! I hosted several teenagers for my kids during the winter break and their 16th birthday. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms are great for hosting kids and teens. The space was great for playing games, watching movies, and visiting with each other. Overall the checking and checkout was seamless and we had a tremendous stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

It was a perfect fit.

The beds were very comfortable. That is key for us! The home was in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and food. Very easy to get to. We had 10 people total, all over 19 except our 15 year old and we all had a great stay. The movie room was a huge hit!

Wonderful home

Great location, good neighborhood. Doors are beat up a bit from luggage coming and going and the furniture and pictures on the wall are from Wal-Mart or Target. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was out of order.

Awesome place to stay!!!

Awesome place to stay! We had almost a whole soccer team stay. It was spacious and roomy with plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax after a long day of soccer. Kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you need to make a large group meals. Beds were comfy and lots of towels and linens were supplied. Only negative comment was that the bath tub in the master was not In working order. We will be staying there again for future soccer tournaments 😊

Large home, very basic amenties

Great large home to have family for a stay. However, the furniture is terrible and cheap. No hot tub or working bathtub. House hasn't seen a deep clean in a long time. Missing fixtures in some of the rooms. The owner is very over the top on telling you quiet hours however neighbors are very loud (of which didn't bother, just stating). The location is nice, feel safe. Warning the deck in the back is not the safest and is rotting. I enjoyed my stay but definitely will look at other locations in the area.

Not quite as pictured…

The location and size of the house was perfect for what we needed. We loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the open layout. How ever the pictures listed on VRBO seem to be taken a while ago. A lot of the furniture in the pictures is different from what is actually in the house, and the back deck seemed to be rotted and looked much newer in the pictures. There is no way our group of adults could have been on the deck together safely. The listing also claimed to have a hot tub, but there was none. The house was clean enough, but could use a deep clean. The dryer hardly worked and would take many cycles to dry even a small load.

Great location

Host was okay. Check in process was really easy. The fridge did not work and host told us the day before our arrival. We had no choice but to make lemonades from the lemons we were given. The host did accommodate us with 3 coolers and didn’t charge us for the cleaning fee. Tub did not work an some of the blankets had stains on them so we had to wash everything before the night. One thing we would like was to have a place to throw away our trash bags and recycle boxes. The bins outside were full and were placed outside on the street. This didn’t do much for us because when it was our turn there. It filled up so fast and we couldn’t even break down the boxes and throw away. The location was great and really safe. Next time we will be looking elsewhere to stay.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday and had a wonderful stay. The host was great when it came to responding to my questions & concerns, The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the space was comfortable for me and my family. I would recommend this house. We had a party of 9. The only reason i gave it a 5 was because some of the furniture was a little warn, the wifi kept weakening. And the kitchen cupboards & stove could have been a little cleaner. None of which were deal breakers for us. 4.7 rating.
