- Garage and off-street parking are available for up to three vehicles. The garage must be opened and closed manually from the inside, as we don’t provide the door code or remote opener.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for entertaining.
- Dining area with table and six chairs for group meals.
- Living room with designer furniture, gas fireplace, Smart TV preinstalled with streaming apps, and board games.
- Primary bedroom with King size bed, vanity, closet, bedside lamps with USB charge ports, en suite bathroom, private toilet room, and beautifully tiled shower.
- Guest bedroom with Queen size bed, closet, bedside lamp with USB charge port, and adjacent bathroom.
- Guest bedroom with Twin size bed, spacious desk/work station, and clothing shelf unit.
- Guest bedroom with Twin size Bunk Bed and closet.
**Disclaimer**
The home is a duplex and there are long term tenants that occupy the other the other portion of the home. Please be respectful and only park and enter on the left side of the home. There are no common/shared spaces between units.
Guest access
Left side walkway leads to entry of the home. We will provide a door key code to enter.
Please park on the left side of the driveway or in the garage.
You’re welcome to park in the garage, but please note that you’ll need to open and close it manually from the inside, as we don’t provide the garage door code or remote opener.
Other things to note
For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each.
Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. No pets allowed. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.
