This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, queen size bedroom, a sofa bed (pull out for a full size bed) in the living area. The unit is on the quiet side of the seven floors building. Sliding door leads out to the private building court yard for relax. And the passing swift while not noisy monorail train passing in front of the yard during the daytime is another eye opener. The rooftop has seating for the spectacular Space Needle view and shared BBQ grill. There is a shared gym and meeting room accessed from the lobby.

Parking was challenging because spots are so small, but it worked out and got good at maneuvering. Great location. All was as advertised.

Great home base for a trip to Seattle

Loved the area and it felt like a place I could have to my own for the week I was there. Quiet, clean, comfortable. The instructions and check in process were great. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Great spot in Belltown

This is the perfect little spot to stay in when visiting Seattle. It was really clean, the bed was comfy, and the couch was nice to lounge on between adventures. The free parking and the view of the Space Needle from the roof were the two best perks.

Nice location

This was a nice property located within walking distance of Seattle’s main attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The host was helpful and responsive to questions.Took one star off because a strong smell from cleaning agency remained. We had to open the patio door to air out the smell.Otherwise, nice place and nice location.

Nice and quiet

Cute little apartment. We loved the rooftop deck and outside area. Everything was so clean. Will definitely be staying again next time we are going to Seattle for the night.

Good location with garage

It was a good, basic place to stay. A bit utilitarian, but it was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t beat the location. Both the space needle and Pike Place are walkable.

Mother's Day Weekend

Had a great stay for Mother's Day weekend. Excellent location for walking to all the sites. Space was clean, bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The space got very hot and humid during our stay so we were very thankful for the air conditioner and fan.

Perfect location!

Great downtown Seattle stay! The Space Needle view from the rooftop was perfect & can't beat free parking! It was about a mile walk to Pike Place Market and the Harbor. There was a little grocery store across the street, and good bars & restaurants close. Our only complaint was the bed was firmer than we like, but others may not agree.

Would stay here again.

This place was within walking distance of many fun restaurants, we enjoyed the roof top overlooking the space needle. Host was great with communication. Only downfall was that the keyfob to get into the garage was a little spotty and didn't work well so we were confused and ended up parking in the wrong parking garage at first. Now that we know, we would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend trip to Seattle

Property was in a great location, and was perfect for our short 3-day trip. Bed was comfy, good shower, and adequate amount of space for 2 people. Note that the parking stalls in the parkade are extremely small, which was okay for us as we had a small rental. Only minor complaint is that the kitchen could be stocked a bit better (no toaster, dishwasher tabs, or drying towels for doing dishes), but otherwise everything was good with the rental.

Convenience

A very convenient location! Less than 10 min walk to the Seattle Center. 20 min walk to Pike. Driving to other places was also very easy. Parking is tight so a small car may work better. Rooftop view is really spectacular.

Great Location!

Cute little condo with everything you need. Everywhere we went was very walkable. Building is secure and clean. The rooftop is a great hangout with a beautiful view of the Space Needle. Check in was very easy. Parking garage is compact cars only so parking our vehicle was a little tricky but ended up making it work with street parking. We would definitely book again but we will bring our smaller vehicle next time :)

This was in a great location for walking around downtown Seattle, Pike Place, etc. The kitchen was handy and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of street noise we’d hear throughout the day and night because of how the portable AC had to be positioned with the patio door partially open. We used the box fan for white noise while we slept to cover the street sounds. Other than that, this was a great spot!

GREAT location, Easy and Comfortable

Excellent location blocks away from great food and entertainment. The rooftop was EPIC!! We enjoyed the quiet up there in the evening after a concert at Climate Pledge Arena... a short walk just blocks away. The AC was cold and I didn't mind the loudness of the AC unit because it drowned out the city noise. The unit was clean and comfortable. If I had to put down an area of opportunity, I'd say the lighting could be improved. Seriously, though, not a deterrent at all. I'll visit this place again! Thank you, host!
