This was a great property for our stay in Seattle before our cruise. Property is clean, well equipped, and in a very walkable area with dining options and local attractions, we would definitely stay here again.

Spring Seattle Stay

The perfect place

This is such a nice property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has a well-equipped kitchen and lovely bath. It is exceptionally well situated for using the Seattle public transportation system.

Perfect spot for day tripping around Seattle.

The property was clean and inviting. Everything was modern and cozy. Communication with the owner was SO easy. I loved having a designated parking spot as well. I would stay here over and over.

Nice visit.

Well stocked kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. Lots of natural light and ample room for dining and hanging out. Nicely updated. Busy street out front was hardly noticeable inside.

Seattle Spring

This property had just what we needed for a comfortable trip to Seattle. The home was clean, had a good amount of space for two of us and had the comforts of home in a really nicely designed home. Getting to downtown was quick. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of restaurant choices and grocery stores close by.

Very cozy,clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen had basics for cooking with oil, spices, etc. which was appreciated. Coffee nice to have at the ready. Convenient parking behind the home. One block walk to the market is very convenient. Will definitely book again!

Everything Everywhere All at Once

Another wonderful stay at City Haven II. Teresa's husband is a Rock Star coming over late at night to fix a minor water issue that arose. Great nearby grocery store and restaurants helped fill our abdominal voids which proved helpful because once there we didn't have the urge to leave. We were all kept cozy by the gas fireplace and felt like we were once again "right at home"! Highly recommend this place for hanging, chilling and its general vibe.

Overall excellent!

Clean, bright, and spacious. Host is very helpful and responsive. Assigned parking space right outside the door is a huge plus! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. The only issue we had was with the smart TV, which didn’t work well. Probably needs a software upgrade or to be replaced. Otherwise fabulous!

Awesome experience!

We came in 2 days before our cruise and stayed at this perfectly wonderful place. Very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the city! Excellent communication when we had questions. It is on a busy road but you can’t hear road noise inside the house, except for emergency vehicles. Can barely see the road because shrubs have been strategically planted. Slept great, quiet neighborhood and grocery store within walking distance. Awesome place, great remodel and nicely decorated. Very enjoyable!
