Very Good

This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again!
I liked the cleanliness of the space, the shower was a favorite. Bed was also comfortable. My biggest issue with this area was the parking situation. We were warned ahead of time, which I appreciate, but we got a note left the morning we left, on our rental about where we parked the night before even though there was nowhere else to park. The room itself was a little cramped, but overall was alright. Great location because it's close to everything. Would recommend for a short stay.
Stayed for 2 nights while enjoying Seattle. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We did not personally use the kitchen area however it appeared to be well stocked with what would be needed to cook meals. We utilized Uber however we did see buses pass by so property is on a busline. Room was small but suited our purpose for the 2 nights. Bathroom in the room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.
The room was so clean and convenient. Only two problems were crossing sound through the wall quickly and almost hard, but not impossible, to find a parking spot.
But the room and services were wholly convenient and responsive. It was my first time getting checked in without the front desk and with the virtual one.
As noted in the listing, they are rooms, but it's important to know before you go: the walls are very thin, we heard someone coughing in the next room, so, do not expect privacy for conversations etc., two towels for two adults for five days, if you need more than that, bring them. Also, of note the dryer tripped the circuit breaker causing an "unfortunate" exchange with another guest at 11 am. Make sure you plan time to do laundry. The neighborhood itself was quaint and close to many great eating spots.
Some very minor hiccups not worth reporting. This place is of great value. Great property, interior and exterior with the most up-to-date renovations. CLEAN! Superb job of keeping premises tidy!
Little bit small size room but I'd gladly stay here than an extended stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a residential neighborhood, with frequent buses during the day to take you to downtown. Downstairs is a nice shared kitchen. Private rooms with attached private bathrooms are upstairs. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean! On the small side but fits a couple just fine. Vince was a great host, very communicative and friendly over email. Note that they use an additional reservation process, so once you reserve you will need to respond to emails to sign contract, upload ID, pay cleaning fee and deposit, etc.
We lucked out & booked this spot on the day we stayed - it was in a lovely neighborhood with walkable food & beverage options & great people watching. A real community, so lovely! It's small but clean & comfortable. Everything we needed. The only thing I did not like was the online check in process - it was new to me & felt intrusive, especially as I was using my phone to complete it, all elements did not work (uploading the pics), & I was not expecting to have to spend time to complete it prior to arriving. I was frustrated, but Vince was very kind, patient & amenable & quickly responsive to my hesitation. Once I was convinced he was a real person I felt better & once we arrived to the house we were SO happy we chose this spot! Would absolutely stay again.
This is definitely not a suite as stated, it is a small room with a bathroom. Very plain with really no character. More like a room in a boarding house. Not really walking distance to much of anything. I would not stay again
There was no air conditioning, even though when I booked it claimed to have it. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, it had a community kitchen, but there were no forks. A car in front of this place was broken into, had the window smashed in. And it was on an extremely noisy street which of course there was no mention of when we booked. Also once you book you cannot cancel, it is non refundable.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Overall super convenient and not too far out from downtown or other tourist spots. Bed and shower was amazing! The only negative was how thin the walls are as a light sleeper I could hear every voice and stomp at 3-4am so I was woken out of my sleep multiple times.
The place was fine for what is was -basically a hostel with private (lockable) bedrooms/bathrooms.
My biggest complaint was the lack of towels. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights - the room was provided with 2 towels in total and there is no option to get more.

The property was okay, except for some appliances tripped like AC and Wifi when using other appliances.
HARD AZZ MAtTRESS / NOT E NOUGH LIGHTING. OUTSIDE!
Hard azz mattress. Rude female on phone. Sharing a common area ( kitchen and dining area.) This wasn’t the place for Seniors too stay. Security was not for Seniors, very dark outside for one to see. BEWARE!!!😡😡😡
Beautiful place, well cared for and clean!! I stayed for one night before boarding a cruise ship at pier 91. Asked for early check in upon reserving the space and that wasn’t made possible. Cleaners were there when I arrived and for a couple of hours, as there are multiple units on this property. I hung out and worked on my computer/took calls in the shared space downstairs in the kitchen while they cleaned. The next morning and day of my checkout, however, the cleaners were banging on my door before check out asking if I was leaving. (Twice a gentleman knocked to ask. I left the room the minute it was time for checkout.) That annoyed me. The gentleman who owns the property is SUPER responsive and helpful. Helped out with internet connection and was super friendly. Another tenant in a bedroom across the hall was in and out of the hallway all night pacing, walking up and down the stairs and making noise. He spent all morning in the bathroom right outside my room throwing up from a drunken night the night before, I assume. This space has a private bathroom so luckily I didnt go without access to a bathroom. All things considered, I think there are good intentions but based on my experience and for as much as I travel, I will say I’ve never had an experience like this. Some things you can’t control (like someone renting a space and getting hammered/disrupting others).
