Other things to note
• Please note that the unit does not have central air conditioning. We have three portable AC units available.
• There is free street parking right outside the building, but we do have a reserved spot in the garage. Garage parking requires an extra flat fee proportional to the length of your stay as the building charges us to reserve the spot.
• We can guarantee the reserved garage parking for a single car; if you have more than one car we will likely be able to accommodate it, but we only have one garage fob.
• PLEASE NOTE: As the unit is very close to Highway 405, you may encounter a good deal of highway noise when opening the windows.
• No package or mailing acceptance at the location. Use nearby Amazon Locker or shipping offices.
