Guests could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, guests don't have access to the basement unit which may be occupied by other guests. Guests have their own separate private access to the house.

*. AC Disclosure: There are 3 window AC units in 2 bedrooms and living room.

*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the basement unit. You may hear noise from time to time. There are separate entrances and no shared spaces.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
