Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment has a great view and is very bright. It is easy to find street parking close by.

It worked well. I slept well, cooked breakfast, and wasn't there much. Pluses: clean and presentable. Rooftop deck was great, I liked the spices there for cooking.
Minuses: a bit of a mix getting going. I got two different lockbox codes, but one worked, so that's good. Parking okay, but I had to park a couple blocks away once.
All in all I'd go there again.
