Guest access
Guests will have uninhibited access to the basement and patio outside of the entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the upstairs and should not attempt to go upstairs. This will be occupied by a tenant.
Guests will receive a 4-digit code they can use to unlock the door for the duration of their stay.
Other things to note
The backyard will be under going construction throughout the winter but that should not at all inhibit guest's access to the patio or entrance to the unit. The construction will not start for many months.
The general ceiling height is about 80–82 inches, with a few lower clearance spots. Taller guests should watch their heads in the bedroom and laundry room.
