My first night was the only night I had trouble. The fire alarm was dying and they would not send anyone to come fix it and told me to just unplug it or sleep through it. Plus I could not get into the garage even though the ad said “Free parking”. The rep at the facility saw the ad and screen shot it and sent it to the marketing team. Other than that the place was nice

This apartment was perfect for a longer stay in Seattle. It was equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen so I was able to go grocery shopping for the week and make breakfast every morning. I wish there were more restaurant options on the block (we tried to go to breakfast Sunday morning but most spots were closed), but other than that, this was a perfect place for me. Extremely clean, quiet, and big enough to feel like a home away from home!

"Oakwood" ist ein Apartmenthaus
Das Oakwood ist ein Apartmenthaus, das Apartment war sparsam, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal des Office Büros war freundlich, aber eine Verständigung ist nur in englisch möglich. Entgegen dem Angebot von Expedia gibt es keinen Reinigungsdienst, der muß offensichtlich vor Ort zugebucht werden, aber nur wöchentlich bzw. monatlich (?). Zu benutzen sind der Fitnisraum wie eine große Dachterrasse - sehr schön! Negativ ist der Umstand, das man keine Fenster öffnen kann ( zum Beispiel nachts ), der Lärm der dahinterliegenden Hauptstrasse ist unerträglich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert allerdings gut. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ohne Probleme, die Sicherheit des Hauses hat uns gefallen. Es gibt keinen Reinigungsservice mit der Buchung, auch keinen anderen Service; inwieweit das Leasing Office Wünschen nachkommt, haben wir nicht erprobt.
