Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you can take a leisurely stroll to the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop Trail. Explore the rich history and breathtaking cityscape while enjoying a myriad of lakeside restaurants with stunning views. Steps from 45th shops, coffee, restaurants, Gas Works park & easy access to public transportation, UW & downtown.

This home is split into two units and this is the upper level only. The unit is two levels, containing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, front yard and is about 1200 sqft. Laundry is shared. Backyard belongs to the lower level guests.

• Main Floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, access to outdoor patio and shared laundry room on the lower level, heating and portable AC
• Second Floor: Finished attic, extra spaces for activities, no heating or cooling
• Basement: common laundry room shared with guests in the lower level

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Please note that this home is split into two units for rent; the two units share separate entrance. Laundry is shared. Backyard belongs to the lower level guests.
• Driveway is shared for parking with lower level guests. But there are also plenty of street parking spots available.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Contemporary triplex in residential Seattle

If you don't mind many stairs, this VRBO is a find. The highlight is the rooftop patio. We would stay here again. 👍

So close to getting a good rating.

Very nice place however a few regrettable disappointments. My wife and I flew into Seattle for a surgery and after a two day stay in the hospital we transferred to this house. At arrival, the house was very hot and the thermostat was not responsive. When we tried to reach out for help, there was recognition of the problem but there was never any ultimate resolution. NexT issue we encountered was no ice in the freezer. We turned the ice maker “on” and finally had ice at 3 am. We ultimately had to Uber eats our ice. Also With the ice maker however, yes a maintenance person was called, but there was no notification given that there was someone coming, and that person showed up three days later. Next, I think it’s worth noting that there weren’t a good variety of dishes. I would suggest getting more sizes of bowls and additional cooking utensils and pot and pan items. We didn’t feel like the kitchen was complete as a result. just something to think about. Lastly I my wife did laundry a couple times while we were there and she mentioned there was no detergent drawer on the washing machine. Just a small thing that would’ve made sense in our opinion. Overall, Well cared for facility, charming neighborhood and comply beds. The above items were just too important not to mention, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to read our concerns.
